For 12 years I've been the person in the room who connects user insight to business outcomes — doing the research, designing the solutions, leading the teams, and increasingly, building with AI. I've delivered for brands including Equifax, Norfolk Southern, Georgia Natural Gas, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium across roles spanning IC design and research through UX director.
